The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul.
A shepherd provides, protects and guides. David, himself a shepherd, knew that sheep cannot care for themselves — and neither can we.
Let the Good Shepherd lead you to rest today. He restores what life has drained.
Prayer
Good Shepherd, lead me today. Restore my soul and help me to follow Your voice. Amen.
