Who we are
SuperNatural Radio (“we”, “us”) operates this website and the associated radio stream from Adenta, Behind Medi Moses, Accra – Ghana. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it, in line with Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
Information we collect
- Forms you submit — your name, email, phone number and message when you contact us, send a prayer request, comment on an article or subscribe to our newsletter.
- Usage data — pages visited, referring site, device type and a one-way hashed version of your IP address, used only for aggregate statistics.
- Cookies — a session cookie and a security (CSRF) cookie required for forms to work. See our Cookie Notice.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, to pray for the requests you send, to publish approved comments, to send newsletters you asked for, and to improve our programmes and website. We never sell your personal information.
Prayer requests
Requests marked private are visible only to our prayer team. We do not publish prayer requests on the website.
Retention
We keep messages and prayer requests for as long as needed to respond and for pastoral follow-up, after which they are archived or deleted. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in each email.
